Project Manager [Mexico]


 

A Little Bit About the Role:

OLIVER+ are expanding the team for our client, a global FMCG company with multiple international brands house-hold names in its stable.

OLIVER+ is looking to recruit a mid-level Project Manager to manage the automated versioning and delivery of global media campaigns across multiple markets from beginning to end. The role is fast paced and responsive, it needs an exceptional collaborator, actively listening and understanding the true needs of the team but also developing a trusting relationship that allows for OLIVER+ to push for world class, quality work across multiple simultaneous live projects and/or teams.

We are looking for a detail oriented person who will direct, inspire, lead, and support a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the versioning campaign from beginning to end.
  • Accountable for the timeous delivery of campaigns/projects.
  • Responsible for managing the asset automation team to ensure the campaigns/projects are delivered timeously and according to the brief
  • Lead contact for clients during projects/campaigns – lead contact for anything relating to budget, timeline, resources, and workflows across all workstreams and channels.
  • Lead contact for internal stakeholders and lead contact for all internal comms.
  • Responsible for costing of all work and ensuring all resources are accounted for and billed for.
  • Responsible for ensuring the optimum use of billable resources.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks at all times. Offer alternative solutions where needed.
  • Work collaboratively, motivate and encourage the closer and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so.
  • Ensure administration tasks are maintained according to best practices and of the highest standards.
  • Ensure jobs and costs are set up correctly on the OLIVER+ in-house system.
  • Ensuring time sheets are completed accurately.
  • Project Management experience is a must.
  • Experience in media production workflows and processes, digital project management and campaign deliveries.
  • A firm understanding and familiarity with digital assets, platforms and processes related to adaptations into global territories (localisation).
  • Experience in managing and leading teams of video editors and digital designers.
  • Experience in liaising with agency PM's regarding campaign volumes, schedules, costs and general client requirements.

The PM Will:

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Experience in managing client relationships: fostering collaborative and respectful working relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Media production workflows and processes, digital project management and campaign deliveries.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate very effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Team and Leadership Skills: Ability to work together and lead teams.
  • Have a proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business.
  • Ability to plan against timelines.
  • Have a proven ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Be a driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Mentor, develop and/or line manage the team.

As we are working remotely, it is essential that the ideal candidate have the following in place to ensure there are no delays on delivering work timeously:

  • Back-up power supply, if necessary.
  • Stable internet connectivity – fibre connection preferable (options can be discussed) in order to connect to remote servers as well as conduct virtual meetings daily.
  • Personal computer with relevant capabilities necessary for the role.
