Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist provides guest services, handles reservations, check-in and check-out of guests, cashiering, and foreign currency exchange at the Front Desk according to the standards of Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, we rely on you to:
Provides personalized guest services such as check-ins and check-outs
Provides exactly information to guests.
Upsell rooms to meet the guests' needs and improve hotel revenue.
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier.
Could communicate with foreign guests.
Has related working experience.
Neat, well-groomed
Pleasant disposition
Physically fit
Oral and written proficiency in English; business correspondence skills
College graduate
Computer literate
Minimum 3 years guest service experience in a hospitality industry
