Nursery Practitioner [United Kingdom]

We are Puddle Jumpers. A small and growing group of nurseries in East London. We dream of tomorrow’s society…respectful, considerate, and open – where people can be entirely themselves. Our diverse team is made up of just those people. They are authentic, committed and celebrated for their differences. They work together with parents to instil this in every child. They bring their whole-selves to work every day. Why? Because it’s fun! Because they really care and because our children look up and learn from them. Our days are adventure packed, messy and creative. Adults and children take risks, push boundaries and are encouraged to be completely and utterly themselves living by our 4 values created by our team – Be Real, Be Thoughtful, Be Your Best and Be Awe-some.

In addition to our making, doing and creating approach that allows children to become confident and capable learners we also love being outdoors! Our fabulous location enables us to encourage our children to be outdoor city adventurers with daily trips to local green spaces for forest school activities, trips to Canary Wharf and even boat rides along the River Thames. We are looking for Qualified Educators who are equally adventurous, have bundles of energy and a passion for the importance of children learning though play.
