• Responsible in overseeing the business’s financial transactions • Keeping track of office inventories and maintain supply orders • Prepare reports by compiling summary of earning, allowance, statutory deductions, other deductions and leave • Maintaining financial, employee, and client records while liaising with suppliers for company events • Monitor organisation’s Payroll, Commission Calculation, Salary Slip and Human Capital Record • Managing and updating company database for ongoing events in the system • Proficiency in statutory requirements such as LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF,..etc • Managing incoming and outgoing calls/e-mails interrelated to Europe client and speakers requests, vendors, and inquiries (i.e. customer correspondence and newsletters) • Coordinating with international speakers from Europe by arranging their flight and accommodation • Communicating to international speakers, stakeholders in relation to the events • Drafting of contract agreements for and within the organisation • Taking ownership over the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, including phone screening, coordinating interviews • Coordinating new employee set-up and resources and other administrative tasks as needed • Maintain payroll staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results • Planning cultural initiatives including planning quarterly fun and team building activities and coordinating celebrations such as birthdays and other • Completing other operational tasks such as researching new offices and implementing new software solutions to increase team efficiency of innovation • Supporting annual HR initiatives and participating in projects, including new and updated policies & procedures • Organising scheduling meetings, and making business travel arrangements for company Directors • Supporting in the coordination of all Company’s events and implement all operations to ensure seamless delivery of event checklist • Resolving problems and customers inquiries before and during the event • Selecting and negotiating with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control REQUIREMENT: GOOD PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH/FRENCH
