JOB DESCRIPTION
You should have:- Relevant previous experience (minimum 1 year);
- Higher education completed;
- Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
- Previous experience in using the Office suite (Excel, PP, Word);
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;
- A charismatic can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in assistance/office management;
- Knowledge of French.
- Manage and maintain the Committee's calendar, including scheduling meetings and minutes;
- Report and maintain the communication between committees and the other members;
- Organize events, including team meetings, conferences, and webinars;
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, events, conferences, and presentations;
- Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence, including email;
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
