Corporate Assistant [Romania]


 

JOB DESCRIPTION

You should have:
  • Relevant previous experience (minimum 1 year);
  • Higher education completed;
  • Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
  • Previous experience in using the Office suite (Excel, PP, Word);
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;
  • A charismatic can-do attitude.
It is an advantage:
  • Previous experience in assistance/office management;
  • Knowledge of French.
Main Tasks:
  • Manage and maintain the Committee's calendar, including scheduling meetings and minutes;
  • Report and maintain the communication between committees and the other members;
  • Organize events, including team meetings, conferences, and webinars;
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, events, conferences, and presentations;
  • Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence, including email;
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
