This exciting new role will be joining our talented dashboard team. As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible fo! r getting the very best from the development team, using your ! influencing skills to remove impediments, encourage best practices in a role that both serves and leads the team. As this is a new team you will be there from the start!
Responsibilities
Accountable for the output of the team, accurately measuring velocity and validating roadmaps with the business
Ensure that the team are empowered, yet have good discipline
Develop a relationship with the business such that the team and the business act as one unit
Take a pro-active role with production issues and release management
Continuously challenge the ways of working to ensure continuous improvement within the team
Skills
Agile
Excellent people skills, time management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Brings energy and passion to the role
Bachelors' degree or equivalent industry experience
