What you’ll be doing… The Plant Shift Operator will report to the Shift Team Leader and our client requires a person experienced in the operation and/or maintenance of heavy industrial processes.
Shift pattern is a variable 4 days on & 4 days off, 12 hour shifts, days and nights. * This role offers an intellectual challenge to successfully operate a controlled process plant for Waste Management Treatment and Power Generation facility. * Willing attitude and enthusiasm to deal with demanding situations. * Provide excellent health and safety and to be flexible in their approach to their working day.
What you will need… In order to be considered for this fantastic Plant Shift Operator opportunity it’s important you meet a certain criteria including: * Proven track record as a multi skilled mechanical plant engineer preferably with experience in HP steam raising boilers, steam t! urbine, water treatment plants and associated equipment. * Experience in operating to planned preventative maintenance systems. * Experience of driving mobile plant (FLT, cherry pickers, loading shovels) What is in it for you… Asides the opportunity to work for a company on the brink of some exciting developments, a chance to work in the rapidly expanding renewable energy industry the Plant Shift Operator will also receive: * A total salary of £28,000 - £38,000 How to apply… Applying for this vacancy couldn’t be easier.
