Housing Intern

We are looking for an individual to join our Housing team to analyse and process energy savings calculations in buildings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on real projects, supporting project managers on r! eporting, carbon calculations and project deliverables.
The role will primarily involve developing raw data into energy efficiency projects, during which you will liaise with the sales team, clients and project managers.
The ideal candidate would have experience and/or knowledge of tools to calculate energy use in buildings. We would require candidates to be able to analyse and interrogate data accurately and communicate these findings to the rest of the team. The successful candidate will gain invaluable exposure to a number of areas within the business and will have the opportunity to contribute and show initiative to drive the business forward.

IT Literate (Word, Excel and other)
Team working
Work scheduling and multi-tasking
Numeracy skills and reporting
Preferable skills:
Analytical
Interrogative
Researching, data mining and capture
Reading and capturing key points from documents !
Preferable knowledge:
Energy Efficiency Le! gislation, ECO & Green Deal
Knowledge of energy efficiency; measures, units and installation
RdSAP, SAP, EPC, auditing and assessment
This is a 6 month internship, full time Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a permanent ongoing role.
The role is based in Bristol so all candidates would be expected to be based locally.
