Overview:
Build profitable wealth management relationships with a portfolio of complex and/or high value clients.
Maximise income from that portfolio by understanding clients’ requirements and increasing the penetration of products and services to the client base.
Be a supportive member of the team.
To monitor and control activity within a regulatory and compliant framework.
Provide mentoring / coaching support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Become the trusted advisor to clients, providi! ng guidance across the full range of wealth management products, and a consistent, credible and accessible point of contact for clients.
Marketing of PWM advisory services to clients and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds and structured products plus discretionary management, to increase the penetration of wealth management products.
Introduction of product specialists from PWM Global Investment Solutions and the PWM Advisory Team, as well as other PWM specialist colleagues, to maximise cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
Ensure opportunities that fall outside the scope of PWM are referred to the most appropriate division/department for the clients’ needs.
Carry out regular review of client portfolios, checking performance and ensuring that investments remain within the client’s investment objectives and risk profile.
Liaison with Account Managers in ensuring client service and satisfact! ion in terms of administration and clients’ ongoing requirements. Expand the size and quality of client base through initiating new relationships, developing existing ones and developing relationships with internal and external centres of influence. To include PR and other marketing/social activities.
Working closely with senior members of the team to utilise key relationship skill sets in building and maintaining new and existing investment relationships, providing specialist product knowledge to other team members where required.
In conjunction with other Relationship Managers and Senior Management, ensure the most effective use and development of the support team.
Maintain a high level of market/economic/industry knowledge and identify the impact of change.
Undertake and record ongoing continuous professional development of at least 35 hours per annum.
Observe all internal and external compliance regulations (notably, ensuring your Know Your Client (KYC) principles are observed under all circumstances).
To be f! ully aware of the obligations and responsibilities placed on individuals who are registered under the FSA’s Approved Persons regime, in respect of their role and conduct.
To act in accordance with the regulatory requirements and standards under the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

You will have:
Experience of building a book of clients in both the Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) channels.
A strong compliance culture and the highest levels of ethical standards.
A natural affinity to servicing client requirements.

You will be:
Commercially minded.
A team player â€" trusting colleagues to a) manage funds and b) be responsible for administration for your clients.
Level 6 RDR Qualified or relevant international equivalent.
