Account Executive - Healthcare

If you are looking for a challenging BM role with considerable Microsoft executive exposure working to a manager with a track record of proven people development then this may be the role for you. There will be nowhere to hide, you will be expected to think strategically, work almost exclusively with CXO level individuals within the largest healthcare Organisations.

This role will own the engagement and sales strategy to win position and sell relevant Health solutions into organisations through Microsoft and our Partners. This will require a strong strategic sales professional with a proven track record in closing complex opportunities within a highly competitive environment.

Role Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated business manager, looking to deepen the relationships we have with our most important healthcare customers (with a view ! to gaining key references and beacon account wins. Wins in the! se most influential organisations will become the cornerstone to our marketing and communications strategy within the UK Healthcare marketplace.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting individual who is able to segment a complex territory effectively and lead a virtual team to achieve the following goals: -

  • Increase customer satisfaction in the healthcare territory
  • Achieve the Microsoft Healthcare revenue objectives within the territory
  • Increase Microsoft’s credibility and depth of engagement in territory
  • Engage partners around Health Solutions Group
  • Identify, lead and win significant revenue opportunities and beacon wins
  • Work seamlessly with the Microsoft Services organization to the benefit of the customer and the Microsoft account team
  • Drive deployment of the technologies within and associated with the Enterprise Agreement (deploy the CALs and secure the associated Se! rver revenues)

Key Accountabilities

  • Ownershi! p of the relationship with the Department of Health
  • Takes an active lead in high level customer presentations that can influence the working relationship between both MS and the customer and partners.
  • Providing market, and customer insight, to assist in identifying new market making opportunities based on experience and direction of mid-level leaders
  • Developing and co-coordinating account strategies, with colleagues in MS, and our chosen Partners, that drive customer engagements which result in positive growth for the MS platform.
  • Achievement of the FY13 license and services revenue goals
  • Work directly with customers and business partners to influence, assess and qualify business growth opportunities - including engagement at Trust level
  • Applies strong business skills and methodologies to lead a virtual team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and overall quality of services and solutions delivered
  • Responsible! for identifying revenue growth opportunities where targets are met / exceeded.
  • Ensure effective virtual team engagement and execution
Key Success Criteria

  • Win the Cloud
  • Close the Annuity Agreements and drive minimum 80% annuity
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date strategic sales account plans
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline of opportunities to sales operations benchmarks.
  • Achievement of all Healthcare scorecard metrics including NSAT and revenue objectives
  • Drive opportunity reviews (inclusive of partners)
  • Take a lead role in any major sales campaign including the formulation and agreement of a ‘win strategy’ & closing plan
  • Driving powerful and reference-able PR based on success with the customer
  • Demonstrating the development of senior executive relationships within the areas specified
  • Quality Face Time with Customers.
  • Improvement in customer satisfaction measures.
  • Personal cont! ribution to the success of the Team in Public Sector, UK
  • Value-based engagement with Microsoft Healthcare EMEA and Corp.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential Experience

  • Proven executive relationship skills (Customer and Partner)
  • Influencing skills at a board room or senior executive level
  • Proven strategic market impact capability
  • Understands networking and virtual team leadership in a complex market & with Industry experience preferably
  • Proven internal administration effectiveness and cross-Ltd company agility
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Already an existing CPE role-model
