Due to continued growth ! they require an additional It Technician/Network Engineer to provide 1st & 2nd line email, remote and telephone client IT support. You will be supporting external IT Users
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience of working on a helpdesk / service desk and be looking to progress your career in a client orientated support capacity. As a confident and outgoing individual you will be responsible to taking calls & emails from clients, and either resolving the issues, or logging and escalating them to the senior engineer. You will also be required to attend client visits and resolve IT issues.
You will have previous experience supporting Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, MS Office, MS Outlook, as well as some experience with Active Directory (passwords, assigning groups, creating mail boxes). HP hardware, Network administration, DNS, SQL also required. Exchange, as well as site PC and laptop troubleshooting and server set up configur! ation. Also have experience of Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP. Ex! perience of CRM's such as Pegasus are desirable.
