Entering as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be charged with undertaking the full recruitment sales cycle, engaging at both client and candidate level for a 360-degree position working with some of the UK’s biggest names in finance and accountancy. As a complex and fast-paced industry, you will begin your role with comprehensive training to gain a full understanding of the market, beginning work primarily with candidates before moving to talk to key decision makers up to Financial Director level for FTSE 100 companies. With comprehensive support, you will move into one of three teams covering interim qualified accountants, public not for profit or part qualified positions within the financial sector.
As an industry requiring considerable training! and learning in order to ensure a comprehensive understanding! to match client requirements, the position presents a long-term opportunity with lucrative rewards. Here, you get out what you put in: and for the right graduate, there will be potential to earn in excess of £100K after 3 years.
