As a key post in a wider team, key responsibilities will include collecting timesheets, inputting ! them in the data system, chasing missing timesheets, updating overtime, answering calls, general administration, writing out clock cards, sorting out overtime report and other related tasks. It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role, a keen eye for detail, the ability to successfully prioritise your work load and excellent communication skills.
