Our client an esteemed boutique Private Equity company based in stunning West End offices are looking for a well-presented and professio! nal Junior Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant. The role will include traditional PA duties for a small office including secretarial and administrative support for an investment team.
You will be organising complex travel, assisting with projects, arranging meetings, filing, reception and generally providing support throughout the business when needed. The ideal candidate will be confident, intelligent and well presented with strong communication skills. You must be exceptionally well organised and able to manage multiple work streams effectively. You will be pro-active in anticipation of the needs of the team and remain calm in a busy environment and has an eye for detail.
