Location: Bolton England

Adecco Recruitment in Bolton are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, Customer Service Champions to liaise with customers who have purchased a kitchen or! bathroom online, ensuring that a high level of service is delivered and that any issues are resolved to customer satisfaction according to service level agreements and company guidelines. The successful candidate will come from an installations or account management background and have a proven track record in working to set targets.

This role is working for a leading distribution company based in Bolton, and due to expansion we have several immediate vacancies.

Office hours are 830am to 515pm Mon-Fri with a week of lates on a 5 or 6 week rota 1015am to 7pm.

Description:
We are looking for strong, target driven, positive individuals looking to work within a professional team to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre, ensuring that service levels are met. Acting as first point of contact for customers. Assisting with varied admin roles within the Call Centre.

Duties:
Answer in! coming calls in a efficient and effective manner providing the! highest level of customer service, aiming to meet the needs of our customers
Make outgoing calls to our customers where there is opportunity to provide further excellent customer service to further meet the needs of our customers with the aim to extending and developing the customer relationship.
Cater to the demands of the customers, and keep agreed timescales on track.
Documenting information regarding customer orders and keep system updated
To provide varied administration support
To communicate any order discrepancies and resolve any queries.
To build excellent and effective relations with all involved with the customer journey
Accurate order input from verbal, email and fax orders on to the computer system.

Skills:
Excellent telephone based customer service
Committed team player and have the ability to work using own initiative
Numerate and literate.
You will be able to adapt to the varied requirements of the! job in respect of tasks and people.
Actively anticipating and responding to the feelings, needs and concerns of others,
Attention to detail
Achieves high quality standards.
SAP, internet and Excel knowledge (not essential but preferable)

A real positive, "customer is king" attitude is essential, as is organisational and time management skills. The ability to remain calm in a high pressure environment is an absolute must.

Successful candidates will be required to provide referees for the last two years of employment.
