Civil Discipline Head- Peterborough
The Opportunity
Water Frameworks Contract in East Anglia has an opportunity for a Civil Discipline Head to join their established project delivery team. Projects range in value to £10m typically and are concerned with large concrete, water retaining structures.
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the technical excellence and quality of the design deliverables developed by the alliance technical delivery teams within a specific discipline area. You will report directly to the Programme Area Design Manager, duties will include ensuring that all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards and specifications.
The Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UK experience as Civil Discipline Head for recognised Water Framework partners/contractors.
- Strong track record as Civil Discipline Head on large capital works schemes.
- Ext! ensive experience on major capital projects between £5m and Â! £10m.
- Preferred Degree qualified in one of the following disciplines - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process
- Good knowledge of construction management processes and techniques.
- Previous roles: Civil Discipline Head
£40k-£50k plus a highly competitive package
