Our client is now looking to recruit lawyers to work in-house on various contracts for leading Blue Chip organisations.
This is a new model of practicing law which offers clients the flexibility of outside counsel w! ith the integration and cost efficiency of in-house counsel. Our client offers the opportunity to have control over your career, and have the ability opt in" to engagements, explore part-time work arrangements, and build your skill sets in new practice areas.
Our client has a real need for:
Junior Commercial â€" they seek general commercial lawyers with perhaps 2-10 PQE. They also have a particular desire to see junior commercial lawyers (approx. 2-5PQE level).
Derivatives lawyers â€" any lawyers with derivatives (espc. OTC derivatives) are of interest. They are open to looking at a range of seniority/PQE levels, but generally 5PQE+ would be best for these roles.
ISDA Negotiators.
Funds (one of the most sought after areas!!!): they have a funds project ramping up, and have immediate needs for funds lawyers. This can be any level of seniority, but junior (0-5PQE) and Mid-level (5-10PQE).
Also, there are a couple ! of particular skill-sets that are always really useful for the! m: CCA experience (Consumer Credit Act/retail banking) and
Data Privacy/Protection (escp. in the context of general commercial work)- at the mid to senior level
Junior to mid-level commercial litigators.
These roles would suit candidates who are looking to move in-house from private practice or someone who is returning back to work after a career break. In-house experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent remuneration package on offer, similar to city rates.
