Working for this quality modern British brasserie, part of a growing restaurant group, they are seeking an experienced and talented Ju! nior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with running of the kitchen.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants or brasseries, essential within modern British or European cuisine.
You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and on own initiative.
Position offers an excellent salary package.
Working 7 shifts over 5 days. Immediate Start available.
