Primary purpose of role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Resolution Administrator in our Supply Chain Division to cover Milton Keynes and Daventry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient and accurate HR administration service associated with the management of all employee relations issues including in particular grievances, poor performance, absence and disciplinary action, across all business lines within agreed procedures, standards an! d time. The successful candidate will provide timely and relev! ant information and advice, when requested, to employees, managers and external parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
Key Accountabilities
Administer HR activities associated the management of all employee relations issues including in particular grievances, poor performance, absence and disciplinary action, across all business lines within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements.
Provide consistent HR advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and external parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
Ensure the correct queue management and escalation of queries or cases to the Resolution Managers
Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.
Promote the culture where ! line managers are aware of and own issues within the business.
Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework to address issues.

Knowledge of DHL DC HR processes and procedures
An understanding of the role HR Customer Service Delivery plays and its i! nteractions with other HR functions across the employee life cycle
! Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of Oracle, HR systems and workflow/case management
