A major global leading financial services provider is seeking an HR On Boarding Relationship Manager to complete the end of a maternity cover for 6 weeks. The role will be re! sponsible for acting as a main point of contact for the new starters during the on boarding process, from personally meeting the candidate to run through their offer of employment and benefits and assisting with and managing queries in a timely manner.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly meeting with Resource Partners to understand and keep up to date and track all pipeline Concierge hiring, working to assist with managing both business and candidate expectations
  • Liaising with Compensation & Benefits to agree and prepare more complex offers
  • Working in partnership with Compliance and Business Assurance to ensure that all new hires are registered with the FSA as close to their first day as possible
  • Working closely with the Business Manager to ensure that they are fully prepared for their new joiner and IT has been organised
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the HR Operations team to ensure SLA! 's are met to ensure new joiners are set up on HR systems in a! timely manner
The successful candidate will be highly organised with great accuracy skills and an effective communicator with a relationship management approach. Experience in dealing with both external and in house recruitment agencies and a basic knowledge of HR legislation is essential for this role. In addition, the ability to challenge internal and external clients in a positive and influential manner is necessary for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the incumbent to building relationships with senior stakeholders across in the business in a highly visible role.
