As part of the IT Support team, the Helpdesk Support Analyst will provide face-to face and telephone desktop support to 400+ users in a demanding media environment ensuring that world class custome! r service is provided at all times.

Deliverables

Provide technical support and advice to all users so that operational problems and queries are diagnosed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Responds to delegated support requests in a timely and professional manner to the highest level of quality.

Makes a positive contribution to the team and receives positive feedback.

Strives to learn new skills and stays abreast of technical developments and successfully applies these to work practices.

Receives a consistently high level of internal client satisfaction.

Constantly strives to improve systems and processes within the depar! tment.

Participate in operational rota

Parti! cipate in deployment of new technologies via allocated projects to London and EMEA

locations.

Represent IT support at offsite events and functions â€" sometimes outside of business

hours.

Qualifications and experience

Prior experience of supporting users via telephone, by remote connectivity or at their desk.

Prior experience of using Helpdesk call logging software.

Ability and experience of building Windows images for deployment using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (desirable but not essential)

Ability and experience of building Mac OSX images for Apple desktops and laptops (desirable but not essential)

Knowledge of AV systems (including video, audio mixers) and ability to provide recommendations for provements where needed

Knowledge of Dell/Lenovo workstations and laptops, Apple Macs, Apple OS’s and software

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Management.

Abilit! y to resolve a high volume of tickets daily and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively and without supervision is essential in order to be sucessful in this role
