Job Purpose
Manage site Analytical Services (site cross-laboratory infrastructure) including: (1) Analytical method transfers (2) analytical validation (method re-evaluations / re-validations), (3) method innovation (4) pharmacopoeial compliance, (5) sample management / logistics,
Responsibilities
§ Review of site laboratory trending and areas of strength-weakness, SQRA management for labs
§ Pharmacopoeial Compliance
§ Method transfer from Development and Global Analytical Services for commercial products (e.g. into / out sites incl. 3rd parties)
§ Analytical method maintenance/development/validation incl. method validation plans for local products
§ Evaluation and introduction of new technologies in cooperation with Global head of QC and Analytical Services
§ Centralized investigation support / troubleshooting incl. complaints investigations, if analytical activities are! needed incl. forensic investigations, CAPA development
§! Qualification of contract laboratories
§ Reference Standard Qualification, retain sample management
§ Comply with all company local and global policies including Quality frameworks, Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, anti-discrimination, harassment, and health, safety and environment (HSE) policies.
§ Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by Company management.

ï§ Masters Sc / Ph.D. preferred
ï§ Charted Chemist preferred, MRSC
Experience : ï§ Understands and can apply current international standards for method validation, re-evaluation and method transfe
ï§ Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical formulation, process development, or manufacturing technology
ï§ Demonstrated knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
ï§ Leaders! hip experience within matrix / multi-disciplined team environment
ï§ Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
ï§ Demonstrated knowledge & awareness of current industry issues & evolving trends in the regulated environment; both domestically & internationally
