Salary c£34,000 dependant on experience (plus car/car allowance and benefits)
37.5 hours per week

THE ROLE
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Manager to cover regional operational requirements, managing the day to day operation of their care homes with a positive approach and understanding of person centred care with older people. Due to the nature of the job the ability to travel regionally is a necessity. Your responsibilities will include:-
 Meeting internal and CQC standards.
 Managing the day to day operation of regional care homes.
 Leading and motivating your team to deliver quality and supportive care.
 Business planning and budget management.
 Ensuring a high profile for the home in the local community and thereby ensuring high occupancy levels.
 Accountability for Change Management and business continuity.
THE PERSON
You will be a proven business leader, with experience at a senior level in a care environment, an NVQ/RMA qualification is essential to the role. You will be working with an established team, so you will need to be flexible, but have excellent people management and influencing skills. You will be a confident leader demonstrating innovative ideas and enthusiasm, together with a strong business acumen, balanced with a caring approach.
You will demonstrate a positive approach to managing change and future business development, be a clear concise communicator, both written and verbal, and have a good working knowledge of computers and IT technology.
