CMS is working with a local authority based in Dorset looking for a Customer Care Officer on a temporary basis for initial one month period. The role will require customer service support across the services. Also provide general administrative support including data entry and updating the system. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service environment and experience in an administrative role. Also a good level of ICT skills with experience using Microsoft Office products would be ideal.
The Customer Care Officer will be able to earn £8.50 per hour PAYE.
