Rutledge Recruitment & Training are currently seeking an experienced community development officer for their Newry based Client.
The post-holder will be required to work within the existing community learning framework to build upon this strong base and develop an infrastructure of adult and community based provision, which addresses the traditional barriers to inclusiveness and access, and motivates individuals to embark upon continuous learning.
The person must
- A minimum of a Level 5 qualification on the National Qualifications Framework e.g. HNC/D or above in a relevant business related area
- A minimum of 2 years recent relevant experience in project delivery including the monitoring of budgets, project promotion, marketing and managing staff
- Should hold a full current driving licence which enables you to drive in Northern Ireland, and access to a car for official business which will satisfy the travel requirements of this post. (Please refer to the General section in the application pack for further information).
