For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Our client a global financial organisation require a Murex Application Support Analyst. Equities, FX. The Murex application is used by the equity, commodities and currency trading desks as well as the market risk and finance departments. The Murex Application Support Analyst will have two primary roles within the team.
You will act both as a deputy group lead and also provide hands-on application support. As the deputy group lead the Murex Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring support cover is always available (24x7), take ownership of escalated issues and see them through to resolution within agreed SLAs; define and implement SLAs with stakeholders; represent IT policy/processes during discussions with stakeholders, work with the department head to define and implement strategic goals for both the team and department; ensure the team provide a high quality service to the trading desk and other stakeholders within the business. The successful candidate must have Murex experience and ideally come from a Equities or Currencies background. The JM Group is acting as an employment agency with relation to this vacancy.
