- Assist with delivery of customers information handover specification from design engineering and supply chain sources
- Assist validation, consolidation and measure completeness of engineering data from all project disciplines and vendors for delivery to the customer.
- Assist Project Data Delivery Team Leader to meet the requirements of the data elements of the information handover specification, in line with the agreed project scope of work.
- Assist Data Delivery Team Leader in order to ensure that project achieves agreed delivery targets/ milestones
- Assist with the development of Data Management procedures and work instructions
- Assist set-up of the EDW on the project
- Assist with supervision of Data Management/ Delivery team
- Work with project/ engineering management to ensure that Handover requirements are resourced and scheduled in the project delivery plan
- Work with Client IM/ Data Management team to resolve any queries with respect to data delivery format and content, as it relates to the customers Information Handover Specification.
- Work with the project to provide direction and guidance.
- To the project disciplines, in conjunction with Engineering Systems, to clarify their specific data requirements of the customers Information Handover Specification.
- To the procurement group, package engineers and their associated vendors to clarify their specific data requirements in terms of capture and validation to meet the requirements, of the customers Information Handover Specification.
- Assist with the development of processes and procedures for Data Management using the Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) for and delivery to the Customer and their systems.
- Development and compliance with standards for data quality; develop and coordinate a process for analysing the quality of data generated, to ensure that only the highest quality data is delivered and handed over.
- Development of project specific EDW Configuration Guide and EDW implementation
- Ensure data is reconciled and consolidated before delivery to Completions, Operations and Maintenance teams and ultimate hand over to customer.
- Management of data handover in accordance with the data elements of the customers Handover Specification; supporting the development and delivery of regular progress reports for data handover status against the schedule.
- Work with and support the Data Delivery Team Leader to ensure a coordinated approach to the handover of data and documentation required is adopted.
