So where do you start? Right here â€" with our industry-leading 1 year Industrial Placement programme. In joining our Thames Valley business you’ll have exposure to on-the-job training, real work on a variety of projects and in-house training courses which will support your academic studies so far.

With support from a highly competent and motivated team, we’ll help you develop management and team working abilities and improve your already excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally. At the end of it, you’ll be well on your way with building up the knowledge you need to carve out a great future in the construction industry.
So what do you need to know? Well, you will be working towards a construction related (or similar) degree as well as having excellent organisation and planning skills.
