About the role - Administrator/Receptionist
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will take on a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, offering crucial support to all teams across our sites. In addition, you'll step in to cover reception duties during periods of annual leave and sickness. This could involve any of the four hubs located throughout Leeds.

  • Handling correspondence and maintaining records with accuracy.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
  • Contributing to the organisation of training sessions and workshops.
