We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide vital, hands-on support to help our accounts department run smoothly. Your role will involve the collection of review of internal information to present to our auditors, alongside general administration duties to support the department. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with people from across our community, as well as grow your skills and career thanks to our excellent training and development provision.
You’ll need admin experience in a busy office environment, as well as great organisation, communication, and team-working skills. You’ll need to always maintain confidentiality and ensure everything you do is compliant with our business strategy and procedures. Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Excel is essential for the role. You’ll be working in an environment where time is of the essence therefore you should be able to work to strict timetables whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll be able to combine home and office-based working. Working hours flexible, between 22.5 & 37.5 hours per week.
