We are a rapidly expanding Plumbing, Heating and Electrical company who are seeking to recruit a Customer care coordinator.
Our offices are based in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
You will be expected to co-ordinate service, breakdown and maintenance requirements from both private and new build customers.
Duties to include:
- Plan and schedule a team of operatives
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, communication is key.
- Communicate with customers and housing developers by phone, email and letter to plan the workload of operatives
- Organise materials for jobs
- Updating bespoke software systems
The ideal candidate is required to have the following:
- IT skills essential
- Experience of working accurately and effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience of working under pressure
- Previous experience of a similar role
This role would suit an individual who is conscientious, a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary will be paid at national minimum wage.
Working hours / days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 9am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
