We have a great opportunity to join our close-knit team in a family run company. Full training will be provided with an opportunity to obtain a BRAMM fixing licence and IAM Advance Driving qualification. Candidates will predominately be part of the Fixing team but will also be expected to learn all aspects of stone masonry such as cleaning and restoring memorials, repairing damage, polishing granite and drilling headstones to meet the requirements of British Standard BRAMM regulations. You will also be required to help with lettering memorials and so it would be beneficial to have an artistic flair.
Candidates should have
- A full driving licence
- An interest in stone masonry
- Be able to use sensitivity when dealing with the bereaved
- Work as an integral member of the team
- Be able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
