We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept clean and organized.
  • Maintain an accurate log of visitors and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £18,471.00-£19,370.00 per year

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
