Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Avaloq core banking system.
- Analyze client processes and workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Utilize ACP scripting to customize Avaloq workflows, business rules, and functionalities based on the documented business requirements.
- Implement and configure new modules and functionalities within the Avaloq core banking software.
- Design solutions that align with Avaloq best practices and address specific client needs.
- Configure the Avaloq system according to the approved solution design and conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the integration team to integrate the Avaloq system with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Ensure data consistency and smooth data flow between Avaloq and integrated systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with the customized Avaloq functionalities.
- Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve any functional or technical issues.
