Our Group:

We are the software group that develops the Provision products.

A metrology product, which provides imaging innovations in advanced e-beam technology and image processing. The product enables fast, accurate on-device metrology, allowing chipmakers to see, measure, and control their 3D devices during R&D, ramp, and volume production.

The group owns all SW development of the products including Application, Image processing, Platform, Fab interface and more.

We are working in hybrid mode (2 days in the office)

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of talented SW (BE, FE and Test Automation) and QA engineers to deliver a high-quality content
• You’ll be responsible for the team plans and performance. Working closely with Project Managers and Product owners.
• Promote innovation, Technology roadmap and SW Agile methodologies
• Build and execute the strategic roadmap of the team.
• Build a collaborative team environment
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and lead the team’s members
  

What should you have?

• Experience as product development Team Leader\Team Manager
• 2+ years of experience in managing teams of at least 3 employees
• 5+ years of experience in Java or C++ or C# or Python development
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• Passion for leading and working with people
• High Object-Oriented design and development skills
• Solid experience in agile development process methodologies
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / relevant engineering degree
• High standards for code quality, testing and performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent learning skills
• A true team player, with great leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude
