Education: Master in Business Administration, Management Sciences with specialization of HR
Eligibility Criteria: At least 5-6 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification, development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the best HR practices
- Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
- Supervise Performance Management system
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
- Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
- Provide HR Manager with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
