Your New Role

As the Sales Administrator for this growing UK business, you will be working directly with the Managing Director who is currently on the road 4 days a week winning work. You will be the first point of contact for any existing / future customers, and you will be responsible for booking meetings, creating quotes, managing customer queries, raising invoices and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.

Your Background

The ideal Sales Administrator will have at least 2 years experience in a similar customer facing role and will thrive under pressure. You will be good with numbers, have good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and be great with customers but most importantly you will be ambitious!! If you’re hoping that a sales admin role is just the start of your career, and you are looking to progress into management as soon as possible then this could be the right role for you. You will be the first administrator to join the business and will be working very closely with a trailblazing MD who wants someone to join the business and become a future leader.
