• Discover the job needs via understanding key performance deliverables and client team requirements

• Make potential candidates our biggest fans by actively strategizing how to attract and maintain talent

• Understand our business, employee value proposition marketing, compensation and trends

• Grow our pipelines of awesome potential talent

• Build talent communities relevant to the roles and client groups you support

• Leverage basic sourcing tools and identify out-of-the-box techniques (creative job ads, unique networking opportunities, etc.) to locate and attract high potential talent

• Share and implement best practices to ensure we effectively assess and select top-notch talent
