Our busy organization is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative Clerk / all rounder
The ideal candidate will report to multiple managers with minimal direct supervision. Therefore, he/she needs to have superb time management and organization skills.
The candidate must be comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, typing reports, billing, and distributing mail. Our Administrative Clerk is one of the faces of our organization, and therefore should have good people and communication.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Provide administrative support for operations team
Skills:
2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Pastel Software and Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Good organization, scheduling and time management skills
Must be able to work shifts and have own reliable transport.
