Your Skillset

  • Native level in English & a native speaker – fluency in any other European language is a Plus
  • 2 -3 years’ experience as a ISR or AE of Inside Sales Organizations
  • Strong background in sales,team management and strong analytical skills with the ability to lead people efficiently
  • Direct experience engaging with customers in the SMB and Mid-Market segment
  • Direct experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy

Your Role

This role is a split between a team lead & sales representative- SDR / ISR / AE (individual contributor)

  • Duties of Team Lead (50% of time)
  • Lead, manage and responsible for the attainment of sales targets and KPI goals of the inside Sales team of B2B sales specialists focused on developing new and existing accounts across multiple market segments and industries
  • Drive Team KPI and productivity while building a strong ambition to succeed for both the individuals and the team
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills to drive the team, manage change effectively, resulting in positive outcome
  • Be the role model to motivate & support sales tactics / action plans and constantly look for new ways to drive sales success for self and the inside sales team
  • Actively remove obstacles to productivity and team sales success
  • Responsible for preparing business reviews and reports requested by stakeholders on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
  • Proactively improve personal skills to achieve better performance and to improve the quality of daily business as well as motivate and train employees to ensure that the team delivers the needed performance

Duties of Individual contributor: (50% of time)

  • Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • Develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system – allowing the sales team to understand the customer needs and adapt the next steps
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson/account executive, and arranging in-person or virtual meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase services.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
