Northamptonshire based Dry Food Manufacturing/ Distribution company are looking for a permanent standalone HR Manager to join their friendly team.
Paying up to £50,000p.a. for the right candidate this role comes with 24 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% profit related bonus potential and additional benefits such as gym membership and an electric car scheme. Some home based working may be possible but office presence is expected.
The company are open and willing to consider candidates with the right skills that are from a HR Officer/HR Manager/ HR Business Partner level. CIPD level 5 and above would be desirable but not essential if the candidates background is a good fit to the role.

Supplying some of the leading Supermarkets like Marks and Spencer, Tesco and Iceland a previous knowledge of procedures dealing with large Supermarket retailers would be advantageous but the company would be willing to support learning in this area.
Staff well-being is a huge part of their company values so this role does give you flexibility with hours to ensure you have the prefect work/life balance. Occasional Hybrid /Home based working is possible, however this is a HR role that is focused around people so some office presence is expected.
The position itself is supporting the company with a head count of just under 100 employees across 2 sites located in very close proximity to each other. You will support them in a generalist Human Resources capacity to include absence and disciplinary procedures but also be leading HR projects such as revamping the benefits package, developing their succession planning and looking in to people retention.
To be successful in your application you will need to come from a generalist (ideally SME) HR background with some exposure to a manufacturing workforce and be open to supporting with shop floor staff.
