Looking for somebody with hotel reception experience but this is not essential as full training will be given. Customer Service experience would be helpful. Successful candidate must be computer literate.
Daily Responsibilities Include :
- Checking Guests In/Out
- Building Relationships with Guests
- Answering Telephones
- Checking and Responding to E:mails
- Banking
- Bar
- General Admin
- Liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Holiday Cover
- Keeping Reception Areas Clean and Tidy
Please note, this vacancy will include weekend work and there will be opportunities for overtime.
