Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing physical tasks in support of construction, operating and maintenance workers such as digging with pick and shovel, general ground maintenance, lifting and moving heavy objects, cleaning and preparing job sites, collecting and delivering tools and equipment, moving office furniture and pouring concrete. Additional duties may include reaching with hands and arms, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities as Follows:

• May require supervision to perform operation and maintenance of enclosed mooring system and winch vehicles, site power generators, stand motor vehicles, special man-lift vehicles, and fork lifts
• Functions as a key member of the flight crew for inflation, deflation, launch, recovery, and in-flight activities
• Works in exterior and interior work environments, sometimes in inclement weather.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required
• Are willing and able to work various work shifts as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining/maintaining a Public Trust Security Clearance
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED and 1-2 years' experience
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, and lift at least 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should be able to work various shifts as needed
• May have to work in inclement weather or outdoors as needed
• Must have great communication skills
• Must have attention to detail
