Job Summary
Responsible to part preparation for new part development in Stamping & welding work (Frame /RR Axel / Exh parts ) Support part quality improvement and supplier production capacity for smooth mass production Support team to follow up and summarize internal job progress status and leader ship summary of BIW Project team Job Description
- To manage and prepare new part development for New model and Localization project
- To manage and control parts preparation with supplier for smooth preparation unit mass production
- To manage and follow up sample part for PPAP approval
- To co-operate and support solving part problem from supplier with cross functional team
- To proceed Process Verification for parts grading S or A
- To co-ordinate with SA, PQC, R&D and supplier for part quality improvement
- To evaluate new supplier interm of Procurement Engineering A , B & C
- To confirm Supplier's production capacity support Factory's production volume
- To confirm tooling condition before payment and control fixed asset at outside
- To follow up and review TAI document from supplier
- To operate job as management's assignment, company policy and keep KPI target
- To co-operate and perform requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001 , ISO45001 and ISO26262 system Job Specification
- 3-4 years of working experience in production process
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
