We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Retention Manager to join our Forex Team. The best candidate will be in charge of handling client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
Job Role:
1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, including regular checking of customer and follow-ups with clients.
2. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes to Forex trading regulations
3. Building positive relationships with clients and stake holders.
4. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to our training programs and content offerings.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to prosper customer retention solutions based on customer feedback.
6. Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
7. Hold daily meetings with the retention team including training, educating and motivating.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Forex trading and training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications, Trading Platforms, and CRM Systems
- Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5
- Strong conflict resolution skills.

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
