Responsibilities:
Offer daily general assistance to designated food packing location(s)
Advise and back management personnel in food packer relations matters
Facilitate new food packer onboarding and oversee safety program delivery
Address inquiries about food packing policies and procedures
Manage food packer concerns/questions about benefits, payroll, time off, and administrative/clerical tasks linked to Food Packer Services administration
Organize training events for food packing procedures and safety
Produce necessary documents to comply with Food Packer Services protocols and regulatory demands
Engage in workplace safety processes when needed
Organize and monitor food packing quality control and safety issues
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $16.30-$21.76 per hour
