Leads and directs team to build, manage and inspect all unit’s financial, budget, cross processes and tools to best meet unit’s goals and objectives
What will your job look like?
1. Responsible for all unit’s financials & budget aspects: build the annual unit’s annual plan, manage the ongoing planed vs. actual
2. Work in full accountability with the corporate finance team on monthly, quarterly and annual basis representing the unit.
3. Responsible to work with unit’s managers to build project’s P&L and financial analysis per need to reflect project’s feasibility to be presented to management for decision making.
4. Develop & implement cross unit’s processes & tools to enable best efficient work.
5. Maintaining an ongoing financial & budget data base and decks to best present status at any given time to best support any unit’s needs.
6. Builds and manages an effective and engaged multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient deliveries directly and in a matrix manner.
7. Responsible for the overall communication and manages relationships with stakeholders
8. Governs any issues that impact unit’s deliveries by means of financial & budget across different content disciplines.
All you need is...
1. 3-5 years of experience in the finance management domain, with at least 3 years hands of experience. and team management.
2. Experience in the relevant domain and general knowledge in relevant areas such as financial & budget management, people management, processes definition and implementation etc.
3. Managerial experience (direct or matrix)
4. In-depth applied knowledge of standard financial management concepts, practices and procedures.
