ERP Sales / Order handlingSupport, full or part time (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
- You are responsible for the further development of the relevant business processes as well as the coordination of the ERP relevant topics in sales
- You will be responsible for the coordination of the technical and organizational implementation of the process and system solution
- You take over the coordination and support of the incident and service management (user requests, problem cases etc.) for the relevant topics
- You take care of and you supervise the recurrent automated and manual tests to ensure a running ERP system
- You take care of the ongoing documentation of the process
- You will conduct training for our international Order handling team
- You will coordinate the creation and maintenance of training material
- You enjoy working with an international team
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed your commercial education
- Ideally, you already have experience in sales and data management
- You are experienced in ERP and process-oriented thinking is one of your strengths
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You are characterized by your independent working style, your team spirit and your strong communication skills
- You are open for change
