Job Description

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-


  • First point of contact for all telephone enquiries and dealing with correspondence.
  • Dealing with complaints, advise and questions regarding the Housing association and able to provide solutions
  • Be able to transfer calls to the correct team to ensure all customers enquiries are being met
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a shared understanding of customer-focused behaviours by displaying respect and empathy for customer needs and requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Able to be on the phone and liaising with all different types of people and enquires
  • Able to work independently on standard processes, and collaboratively as part of a team, and providing support within a larger section/department across service areas.

The role is offering-

  • Temp to perm
  • £11.22 an hour PAYE
  • Chelmsford based
  • Hybrid working after 2 weeks of office training
  • 9-6pm working hours Monday- Friday
