Job Description
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-
First point of contact for all telephone enquiries and dealing with correspondence.- Dealing with complaints, advise and questions regarding the Housing association and able to provide solutions
- Be able to transfer calls to the correct team to ensure all customers enquiries are being met
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a shared understanding of customer-focused behaviours by displaying respect and empathy for customer needs and requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities-
- Previous Customer service experience
- Able to be on the phone and liaising with all different types of people and enquires
- Able to work independently on standard processes, and collaboratively as part of a team, and providing support within a larger section/department across service areas.

- £11.22 an hour PAYE
- Chelmsford based

- 9-6pm working hours Monday- Friday
