Role purpose:
The jobholder will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Cloud services, ICT & Network solutions, Security, & Fixed Telephony to corporate customers. The job holder will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (ex. IaaS, SaaS, SDWAN etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Perform daily customer visits, enquire with customer IT personnel & analyse customer needs
- Investigate Corporate Customer needs and propose the technical solution that meets customer requirements
- Prepare and present the sales offers, lead the technical and commercial discussion and follow up any open points with customers, in order to get the sales orders executed
- Propose the appropriate IaaS (Public – Private Cloud) SaaS (mainly O365 portfolio), Networking and Security solution, that best address customer needs.
- Achieve commercial targets through cooperation and support of Vodafone’s business account managers
- Achieve Revenue Growth of supported clientele
- Co-operate with Design Experts to address customer needs sufficiently
- Liaise thoroughly with internal and external business Partners, combining technical advice to design and fulfil the best possible ROI for the customer’s estate.
- Become the long term contact of choice for the customer’s Digital Transformation journey and IT solutions lifecycle.
- Inspire and ignite attention to Vodafone’s offer of Cloud services & solutions.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
- Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose in technical terms, the migration to dedicated computing, colocation, Private Cloud, Public Cloud services (Azure & IBM Cloud) & solutions.
- Ability to compose solutions for WAN/LAN networking (SDWAN), Security and telephony
- Experience in technical writing for the above
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
- Strong results orientation and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
- Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
- Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative services and solutions
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Essential:
- University degree in Telecoms/IT or related
- Excellent command in writing and speaking of both Greek and English language
Desired:
- Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications or IT
